This is a little tester I made of porcelain. I think the brick glaze definitely pops more on the porcelain. Additionally, I put a clear glaze over it all and love the reaction.
Now, I don't want you to think this is all I've been doing. It's not. BUT this is all I have to show because the instructor had a personal tragedy and couldn't fire all my other pieces. I'm hoping that by the time I go to class on Wednesday they will all be finished. Plus, I've been doing some tile work in the Uptown studio but that's going so slowly too. The owner has been renovating her house and hasn't had any spare time for me. I'll post some pics of that process tomorrow.
Oh, it's a cutie. I hope George is putting it to good use.
